CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER F/M

At the earliest date possible we are looking for a Corporate Communication Manager F/M
based in Vienna, Austria.

Your tasks

  • You develop the B2B Corporate Communications Strategy for the ROS Retail outlet Shopping Group together with the Marketing Director

  • You are responsible for the external and internal Corporate Communication (off-/online9 as well as the organization of press conference fair attendances

  • You are internal and external contact for the owner, the management, press agencies in the countries as well as the international trade press and you find always the right tone of all corporate messages

  • You develop press release, business presentations, build an effective relationship with the international press and maintain the content of our websites and social media channels

  • You develop standards, reviews und analytics and support the further digitalization of the company

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed education or study in marketing, communication, journalism or equivalent degree

  • You have several years of professional experience in communications for an agency or a company in retail or real estate

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; further language skills would be an advantage

  • You have a high affinity for real estate and retail of fashion & lifestyle brands

  • You have very good knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint), CMS systems e.g. Typo3, Sharepoint and in the handling of social media channels

  • You are strong in organization and communication and would like to be an important part of an European team

We are looking for a professional, creative and innovative Marketing Manager f/m
based at the Shopinn Brugnato 5Terre Outlet Village.

Your profile

  • You have successfully completed study in marketing or communication

  • You have several years of professional experience in retail marketing of fashion & lifestyle brands at companies, agencies or an operator

  • You have a high affinity for retail of fashion & lifestyle brands

  • You have very good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

  • You are strong in organization and communication, creative, analytical, team player and have a strong hands-on mentality

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English; further language skills would be an advantage

Your task

  • You develop the marketing strategy, plan and mix for the outlet centre with the objectives to increase traffic and raise brand awareness within the catchment

  • You develop with the centre and retail manager the annual retail marketing calendar and plan innovative tactics in offline,
    online and social media as as promotions, events and PR

  • You lead agencies, suppliers and a marketing assistant

  • You develop marketing presentations, analyses and reports

  • You present the centre marketing in front of investors and stakeholders
