The Designer Outlet Zaragoza is part of the new Shopping Village, which combines convenience retail with a Bauhaus DIY store, a food court and an outlet shopping centre in a unique way.
Shopping Village has a total gross lettable area of 73,800 sqm and is just 15 minutes away drom down of Zaragoza.
The Designer Outlet Zaragoza will host more than 120 designer, fashion and lifestyle brands on a gross lettable area of 18,600 sqm, built in two phases. Locals and international tourists will enjoy the premium factory outlet village architecture wiht industrial look & feel at the former Pikolin factory site with the historic Pikolin tower, one of Zaragoza's landmarks. It will be the new aspirational shopping destination for Northern Spain.
In June 2015 openered already the Bauhaus DIY store, which is very satisfied with the traffic and turnover development within the first fiscal year.
Customers will visit the Shopping Village not merely for shoppping, but for an opportunity for recreation and to spend quality time with their family. 2,800 parking places are free of charge. Opening of the Designer Outlet Zaragoza Phase I with 13,600 sqm is planned for autumn 2019. Pikolin Grupo develops this unique project in cooperation with ROS Retail Outlet Shopping.
