City Outlet Bad Münstereifel wins "Immobilienmanager" Award "town development" and is second of the "German Council of Shopping Center" Award in the category European innovation


The City Outlet Bad Münstereifel wins the "Immobilenmanager" Award for "town development". Among numerous, top-class applications could Investor Marc Brucherseifer, Thomas Reichenauer, Managing Director, ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, and Uli Nölkensmeier, Center Manager of the City Outlet Bad Münstereifel took the Oscar of the real estate industry at the DOCK.ONE in Cologne. The innovative inner-city outlet concept to revitalize the city of Bad Münstereifel could prevail successfully its competitors. Georg Cruse's idea for the City Outlet Bad Münstereifel was implemented in 2010 together with the also local investors Marc Brucherseifer and Rainer Harzheim. In fall of 2012 ROS Retail Outlet Shopping came for the Center management. After the City Outlet has been awarded the 2nd place in the European Innovation Prize of the German Council of Shopping Centers (GCSC), this is now the coronation for investors and operators. Investor Marc Brucherseifer looks back once more: "When I look back and think of the initial idea and now see this enormous and successful development, I am very proud of our project. We have to thank not only all participants, but especially the city of Bad Münstereifel and the citizens. Without this close and good cooperation and the support of local residents would have been all impossible." Even Thomas Reichenauer, Managing ROS Retail Outlet shopping is thrilled with the property manager trophy: "We can not describe how much we are looking forward to receive this award. It rewards the long-standing and consistent work of investors and ROS in this innovative outlet project.
