Fashion Outlet Kraków – new standard on the Polish outlet centre market – already half lease

FASHION OUTLET KRAKÓW, A NEW OUTLET CENTRE BEING DEVELOPED IN THE DABIE DISTRICT OF KRAKÓW, WILL OFFER CLIENTS AN INNOVATIVE CONCEPT ON THE POLISH OUTLET CENTRE MARKET, COMBINING SHOPPING WITH AN EXTENSIVE ENTERTAINMENT AND SERVICE OFFERING.

Clients will have access to nearly 100 stores, coffee shops, restaurants, a bowling alley and a Cinema City IMAX movie theatre. Although the investment is expected to be completed in 2018, almost 50% of the centre’s space has already been leased.

The investment, which will eventually be comprised of 30,000 sqm of prime space, combines an optimal central location with an extensive range of fashion brands as well as services and entertainment functions, alongside a wide array of restaurants. The centre’s tenants will include attractive and well-known brands of the fashion, sport and premium categories. The food and entertainment part will include amongst others McDonald’s, Fitness Platinium, Pink Bowling, as well as a large creative kid’s play zone. Other tenants of the centre include Rossmann, and Media Expert and recently, Cinema City, the operator of an nine screen cinema with IMAX has signed a long term lease.

The investor in Fashion Outlet Kraków is Peakside Capital, a firm with many years of experience in developing outlet centres in Germany and Central and Eastern Europe. PRÔM (Peakside ROS Outlet Management), one of the leading outlet management firms in Poland, is the developer and property manager. Currently, PRÔM’s portfolio covers a total of 81,000 sqm of space, including 30,000 sqm of retail space at Fashion Outlet Kraków and 51,000 sqm in three outlet centres in Warsaw, Sosnowiec and Gdańsk. “Polish clients are increasingly interested in international brands that are making their way to the country via outlet centres. CONVENIENT LOCATION

Fashion Outlet Kraków will be situated in Kraków’s Dębie district, replacing the existing Galeria Plaza. The excellent location in Kraków, just 5km from the main train station, in the vicinity of the Decathlon sports store and the Tauron Arena venue, is Fashion Outlet Kraków’s strong point. The strategic location at Aleja Pokoju, one of the city’s main transport arteries, near numerous bus and tram stops, will ensure easy and quick access to the facility from all of Kraków’s districts – by car as well as using public transport. In addition, having clients’ comfort in mind, a ground-level and underground parking lots are designed at the centre, offering a total of 1,000 free-of-charge parking spots.
