ROS Retail Outlet Shopping managed the Fashion Outlet Parndorf from April 2014 till August 2016 and launched the new umbrella brand Fashion Outlet Parndorf for the merger of the former Villaggio Fashion Outlet Parndorf and the Galerien Parndorf. The management task was to build the approved phase of further 8,000 sqm and to merge both centres. Aiming to provide customers a common and diverse shopping experience. With the expansion of the "Fashion Outlet Parndorf " the centre would have a gross lettable area of approximately 27,500 sqm.

The Fashion Outlet Parndorf offers more than 100 national and international fashion, outdoor, sports and lifestyle brands in 78 outlet stores. The Fashion Outlet Parndorf is conveniently located directly at the A4 motorway between the two Danube capitals Vienna and Bratislava. 1360 free parking spaces are available for visitors. The brand offer includes Esprit, Brax, Cinque, Digel, Basler, Betty Barclay, Tamaris , Lloyd, Asics , Northland , Regatta, Kjus, Vossen, Moeve, Bassetti, WMF, Heindl, Hillinger Wines and McDonalds.

Designer Outlet Landquart

The premium outlet village between Zurich, Davos and St.Moritz

The Designer Outlet Landquart was opened in November 2009. It is conveniently located right by the A13 and can be reached by car in 90 minutes by a regional population of 3.9 million people.

Combined with the tourism potential of Graubünden, the biggest excursion and holiday region in Switzerland with 14 million overnight stays and 8.9 million day trippers annually, Landquart is an important transport hub for popular Swiss destinations such as Arosa, Bad Ragaz, Davos, Klosters, Lenzerheide, Laax and St.Moritz. The Designer Outlet Landquart is located right next to Landquart train station, which handles 3.7 million passengers per year.

The architecture of the village, which has a floor area of 21,000 sqm, is noted for its 100 Swiss chalets designed in the typical regional style. The retail offering ranges from sport and streetwear brands such as Nike, Puma, Odlo, Quicksilver and Vans, fashion labels such as Diesel, Geox and Desigual to premium and designer names such as Tommy Hilfiger, Bogner, Lacoste, Navyboot, Strenesse, JetSet and many more besides. Children's clothing, household goods, home textiles as well as two restaurants and five coffee shops complete the unique shopping experience.

ROS Retail Outlet Shopping managed the Designer Outlet Landquart from June 2012 till June 2015. The sale of the Designer Outlet Landquart by ING Real Estate to VIA outlets in December 2014, the Center management contract to the ROS Retail Outlet Shopping expired in June 2015

The firs inner-city outlet in historic town for Cologne, Aachen and Benelux

City Outlet Bad Münstereifel opened in August 2014 and is the new and unique city centre outlet concept in the historical old town of Bad Münstereifel. It represents an innovative concept of outlet shopping  – focussed on the regeneration of the historical town centre of Bad Münstereifel. The concept is sustainable and politically correct - wonderful monuments are retained and have been restored and renovated in collaboration with the local authority's Heritage Department.

The creation of 30 retail units with 60 to 800 sqm of sales area (a total of approx. 12,000 sqm of rental space and additional 4,000 sqm catering) in the original and historic ambience of a more than 1,000 year-old cloth working town attracts more than 13.6 million people within a 90 minutes by car within the catchment area. Only 40 minutes drive time away from Cologne. Cologne is the town with the highest poupluation of North Rhine-Westphalia. Excellent transport bindin. (A1 motorway and own train station)
