TECHNICAL ASSISTANT F/M/X

YOUR TASKS

• You coordinate and manage the location(s) regarding facility domain

• You inspect and control the quality of the services performed

• You control the remote meter reading system

• You control the CNUS working system

• You prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports according to the predefined elements of the control standards

• You coordinate and monitor the performance of the team

• You adhere to service quality standards

• You perform regular site visits

• You control the correct use of work resources

• You perform administration tasks for the location's workers

• You measure and create floor plans of business premises

• You manage, coordinate and control supplies

• You support the Senior Facility Manager

YOUR PROFILE

• You have minimum 2 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position

• You know the procedures and principles in Facility Management

• You are familiar with the job categories and equipment for Facility Management services

• You are a motivated, responsible and communicative team player with ability to adapt and creativity

• You are systematic and result oriented with strong organisationalskills

• You have very good MS-Office skills, especially Word and Excel

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English; further language skills would be an advantage
