Welcome to Designer Outlet Croatia, the largest outlet centre in Croatia at the crossroads of Southeastern Europe.
Opened in 2018, Designer Outlet Croatia is the country’s largest premium outlet village, strategically located southeast of Zagreb in the Rugvica commercial zone, directly next to IKEA Croatia.
The centre brings together more than 100 international and national brands with year-round savings of 30–70%. The outlet offers 15,500 sqm GLA, hosting fashion, lifestyle, and sports anchors such as Hugo Boss, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Lacoste, Guess, Ted Baker, Adidas, Puma, and Under Armour. Its premium village architecture is inspired by traditional Croatian houses from Zagreb, Slavonia, Istria, and Dalmatia, creating an authentic shopping atmosphere.
The new extension in December 2025 will add 5,500 sqm, 30 new shops, and 400 additional parking spaces, further strengthening the centre’s positioning as a regional flagship destination for premium outlet shopping.
Developed by Ingka Centres and Mutschler Outlet Holding, and managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, part of the FREY Group, Designer Outlet Croatia is the gateway to one of Europe’s most dynamic and fast-growing retail markets.

Designer Outlet Croatia is located in the southeast of Zagreb, part of the growing retail zone Rugvica, anchored by IKEA.
Access
Located adjacent to the A3/E70 and the Ivanja Reka A4/E71 junction, this area experiences an average daily traffic of 50,000 vehicles. The A3 highway connects Serbia and eastern Croatia to Zagreb, while the A4 motorway leads north to the affluent town of Varaždin and onward to Hungary.
