RETAIL MANAGER (F/M/X)

YOUR TASKS

  • You support the Centre Manager to achieve the centre’s budget and retail KPIs

  • You are responsible for monitoring, analysing and reporting on centre sales, rankings and further retail KPIs

  • You are passionate about providing customers with an unforgettable level of service

  • You maintain and develop communication, cooperations and initiatives in the retail environment

  • You analyse and develop retail initiatives to sustainably drive centre performance

  • You plan and conduct business review meetings with our brand partners at shop, area and headquarter level

  • You influence brand partners and organise trainings for shop managers and their employees as well as execute retail quality tests

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed a commercial training in retail/trade

  • You have several years of professional experience in retail as area, shop, department manager in non-food retail or sales

  • You have a high affinity for retail of fashion and lifestyle brands as well as experience in visual merchandising

  • You have very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint)

  • You are strong in organisation and communication, numeric, analytical, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English; further language skills would be an advantage
