JUNIOR FACILITY MANAGER F/M/X

Full-time • Zagreb, Croatia

YOUR TASKS

  • You support the Facility Manager in coordinating and managing the location’s facility operations

  • You assist the Facility Manager reporting to the landlord and meeting all deadlines with investors and third parties (tenants, authorities, etc.)

  • You inspect and control the quality of performed services

  • You monitor and control the remote meter reading system

  • You oversee the CNUS working system

  • You prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports in accordance with predefinedcontrol standards

  • You coordinate and oversee the performance of the team

  • You ensure compliance with service quality standards

  • You conduct regular site visits

  • You oversee the correct use of work resources

  • You perform administrative tasks related to the location’s workforce

  • You measure and create floor plans of business premises

  • You manage, coordinate and control supplies

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a minimum of 2-5 years of experience in a similar role

  • You have a strong knowledge of Facility Management procedures and principles

  • You are familiar with job categories and equipment relatd to Facility Management services

  • You are a motivated, responsible and communicative team player with adaptability and creativity

  • You are systematic and results-oriented with strong organisational skills

  • You are proficient in AutoCAD reading

  • You have very good MS-Office skills, especially in Word and Excel

  • You have a valid driver’s license (Categopry B)

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Croatian and English; further language skills would be an advantage
