ROS Retail Outlet Shopping is one of Europe's leading outlet operators, managing 12 premium outlet shopping destinations across Europe. We are looking for a Leasing Manager Nordics for our new development, Malmö Designer Village in Sweden. Malmö Designer Village will be Scandinavia's largest outlet and will host more than 130 premium fashion and lifestyle brands on a gross lettable area of 26,000m2 with a well-balanced mix of international and Scandinavian brands in an aspirational environment. Opening is planned for 2026.

YOUR TASKS

  • You will lead the leasing of the Malmö Designer Village in close collaboration with the Leasing Director

  • You will develop leasing strategies and budgets based on the local market conditions and international trends

  • You will acquire Scandinavian and international brand partners in the premium, fashion, sports and lifestyle market as well food & beverage concepts

  • You will update leasing plans and present the status in front of our investor

  • You will work with architects, lawyers and the local centre management teams

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have proven leasing experience within the shopping centre/outlet management industry or at a real estate agent in the Nordic Markets

  • You have an excellent Scandinavian and international network with fashion, sports and lifestyle brands as well as food & beverage concepts

  • You have strong negotiation skills

  • You have very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint)

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Swedish and/or Danish; further language skills would be an advantage
