RETAIL MANAGER (F/M/X)

YOUR TASKS

• You forge close links with brand partners to ensure the sharing of information in order to improve sales and service to customers

• You are responsible for delivering the Retail Academy Programme, championing the highest retail standards and customer service, in order to help tenants to meet their full potential and achieve improvements in sales

• You provide the Centre Manager with all the relevant retail data and performance information to ensure that information remains up to date and accurate, relevant parties are well informed, and business KPIs are met

• You carry out regular and detailed audits on tenants to ensure they are complying with their lease agreements. You record and communicate findings and enforce company procedure should any compliance issue be breached

• You provide guidance on visual merchandising for stores, ensuring that consistency and effectiveness are maintained and that aesthetic standards are achieved in line with corporate identity

• You liaise with relevant retail bodies, such as Trading Standards, Chamber of Trade, Tax free Shopping provider and the local community, to ensure the company is conducting itself in a legal and responsible manner and the centre is positively promoted at all times

• You work with centre team in order to identify and deliver tenant training to improve performance and conduct induction meetings to ensure stores are aligned with the service standards of ROS

• You develop and update an annual re-fit plan in order to maintain high standard of stores, in close liaison with tenants

• You make complete comparative shop reports on competitors detailing activities, brand mix, promotional offers and price comparisons to aid ROS in remaining competitive in the market

• You maintain close working relationships with the marketing, tourism, customer services and facility team to develop new initiatives to improve the centre standards and performance

• You recruit, manage, motivate and develop direct reports to ensure that they achieve their potential and that their performance contributes to the achievement of business objectives

YOUR PROFILE

• You have previous education in Retail

• You have proven experience in retail management, ideally at store manager level, or in key account management. Catering/Food experience and department store experience preferred

• You are strong in organization and communication, creative, analytical, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality. Coaching and visual merchandising skills are ideal

• You have very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)

• You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Polish and English; further language skills would be an advantage
