HEAD OF LEASING (F/M/X)

Full-time • Vienna, Austria

YOUR TASKS

  • You develop and implement leasing strategies to maximize occupancy and tenant mix

  • You negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants, ensuring alignment with business objectives

  • You build and maintain strong relationships with key retail brands and partners

  • You collaborate with the marketing and retail operations teams to align leasing efforts with overall business goals.

  • You liaise with the marketing department for events, greetings, presents to tenants, etc

  • You monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer preferences to drive leasing decisions

  • You manage the Key Account System of the team, in agreement with the Leasing Director, and ensure communication among team members

  • You support the Leasing Director on checking final leasing budgets for each centre

  • You create Leasing Manager objectives and submit them to the Leasing Director

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in business administration, real estate or a related field

  • You have proven experience in retail leasing, preferably within the outlet or shopping centreindustry

  • You have strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful lease agreements

  • You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • You have a good knowledge of the European retail market and trends

  • You have strong leadership skills

  • You have very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint)

  • You are strong in organisationand communication, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; further language skills would be an advantage
