MARKETING EXECUTIVE (F/M/X)

Full-time • Messancy, Belgium

YOUR TASKS

  • You support the Centre Manager in achieving the Centre and Marketing KPIs

  • You develop, together with the Digital Marketing Executive and Retail Manager, the annual retail marketing calendar and plan innovative actions in offline, online and social media as well as promotions, events and PR

  • You lead operational agencies and suppliers

  • You coordinate the installation of signage, point-of-sale materials, and other in-store communication tools to ensure consistent branding and messaging

  • You work with the centre’s brand partners regarding product offers and shop promotions as well as agencies

  • You organize and execute centre events, promotions, pop-ups and seasonal activations, ensuring a balanced calendar of activities

  • You carry out analyses of customers, media, competition and campaigns in order to adapt strategies

  • You develop marketing presentations and reports

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed marketing studies or commercial training in marketing or communication

  • You have at least 3 years' experience in retail marketing of fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands at companies, agencies or operators

  • You have a high affinity for retail of fashion & lifestyle brands

  • You have very good Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) as well as graphic software e.g. Photoshop or Canva

  • You are strong in organisation and communication, creative, analytical, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English; further language skills would be an advantage
