The leasing of Designer Outlet Hautmont is progressing rapidly

The new shopping destination in the north of France Designer Outlet Hautmont is causing great interest among brands and consumers as demonstrated by the progress of its leasing.

18th November 2021 - The leasing of the future Designer Outlet Hautmont, developed by JMP Expansion and ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, is progressing well. 47% of Phase 1 is currently signed or under advanced negotiation, a figure that demonstrates the interest of brands in this 20,000 sqm project.

With 120 fashion and lifestyle shops, 30-70% off, all year round, restaurants, 4 hectares of leisure and nature activities, sound and light shows, a dedicated E-Commerce platform, and much more, Designer Outlet Hautmont will embodie a mixed and phygital business model highly anticipated by consumers and retailers.

Located 15 minutes from the Belgian border, Designer Outlet Hautmont represents an investment of 80 million euros and will create 450 jobs. Designed by the architect ROL and Résonance for the landscaping, the future outlet scheme will be managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, the retail real estate consulting and centre management company specialised in Designer Outlets and innovative outlet shopping in Europe.
