Of all ROS Leasing Managers Poland, you are the one responsible for Designer Outlet Gdańsk. What would you say makes you enjoy this project the most?
What I find really great about Designer Outlet Gdańsk is the lovely atmosphere fostered by the team on site, their ability to express their opinions and... the gastronomic joys they share without hesitation. Everyone, from the centre's management to the tenants and service providers, really feels at home there. Businesswise, for me Designer Outlet Gdańsk is a modern and lively project with great challenges and opportunities that I am looking forward to experiencing.
Where do you see Designer Outlet Gdańsk in three years?
In three years, Designer Outlet Gdańsk will be the best outlet shopping destination in Poland, or at least in the Pomeranian region, but wait a minute, we have already won this second title, so there is only one way ahead. 😉 The centre will welcome more premium brands like Michael Kors and Furla, and negotiations with Polo Ralph Lauren will be in the last phase. So, dear shoppers and fashion enthusiasts, get ready because Designer Outlet Gdańsk will be your bastion of style, your outlet sanctuary and your temple of triumph!
How would you describe yourself to those who don’t know you yet?
As a person, I don't talk much, rather I listen and then form my opinions, but that doesn't mean I'm shy or close-minded. I'm stubborn and pedantic, and I have a bad temper. If quick deals and swift exchanges are your thing, then I'm the right person to close deals with.
What is your motto in life?
My motto is taken from an old Green Day song (I was a big Green Day fan when I was younger): “So go do what you like, make sure you do it wise”. It basically means that to achieve balance in your life you have to follow your own path every day in the best possible way so that you like what you see in the mirror at the end of the day.
Share with us your absolute must-do this coming summer
Oh, I love summer. It's my favourite season of the year. My number one on the list for this coming summer is to visit Barcelona. I perceive this city as a beautiful and colourful hummingbird and I'm really excited to see its shimmering colours!
What has been your most memorable moment at ROS so far?
I have a good memory and I am lucky or unlucky, depending on how you look at it, to remember many moments. I remember with special emotion the last Christmas party with the Designer Outlet Gdańsk team, who welcomed me warmly after some years of not being involved in the project. I really felt that they were happy to have me in the team again. I am also very happy about the last words of a PVH representative that my colleagues Sanda and Mireia shared with me, saying that he considers me one of the most professional leasing specialists and that he enjoys working with me.
