HEAD OF RETAIL OPERATIONS (F/M/X)

Full-time • Vienna, Austria

YOUR TASKS

  • You oversee all operational aspects of the outlet centres, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently

  • You develop and implement standard operating procedures to enhance operational efficiency

  • You collaborate with leasing and marketing teams to ensure seamless integration of operational activities

  • You monitor and manage tenant performance, ensuring compliance with operational standards

  • You oversee maintenance, security, and safety operations, ensuring compliance with regulations

  • You manage budgets related to operations, including facility management and customer services

  • You build and maintain relationships with tenants to address operational concerns and improve service delivery

  • You work with Centre Managers to maximize the profitability, sales and income as well as cost management

  • You establish a vigorous approach to benchmark performance across the centres

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree in business, operations management or a related field

  • You have extensive experience in retail operations management, preferably within the outlet or shopping centreindustry, or in fashion retail for at least 5 years

  • You have strong leadership and organizational skills

  • You can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • You have excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • You are strong in organisation, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality

  • You have very good MS-Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in English; further language skills would be an advantage

  • You are willing to travel and spend time abroad for an agreed period
