LEASING MANAGER GERMANY (F/M/X)

Full-time • Hybrid

YOUR TASKS

  • You will lead the leasing of one or more outlet centres in Germany and Luxembourg in close collaboration with the Leasing Director and the Retail & Operations Director

  • You will develop leasing strategies based on the local market conditions and international trends

  • You will acquire national and international brand partners in the premium, fashion, sports and lifestyle market

  • You will update leasing plans and present the status in front of our investors

  • You will work with architects, lawyers and the local centre management teams

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have proven leasing experience within the shopping centre management industry or as a real estate agent

  • You have an excellent network with fashion, sports or lifestyle brands in France and Benelux

  • You have strong negotiation skills

  • You have excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills

  • You have very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

  • You are strong in organisation and communication, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality

  • You are native German or from Benelux, and you have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English; French and further language skills would be an advantage

The advertised position is subject to a collective agreement minimum gross salary of / per month, with the willingness to overpay based on your qualifications and experience.
