FACILITY MANGER (F/M/X)

Full-time • Bagnolo San Vito (MN), Italy

YOUR TASKS

  • Acting as the first point of contact for all day-to-day facilities issues – solving problems quickly and effectively;

  • Coordinating core facilities operations, overseeing cleaning, maintenance and security staff

  • Managing service providers and contractors, ensuring uninterrupted operations across the Village to ensure work is completed to a high standard, on time, and to budget

  • Monitoring building performance, identifying opportunities for efficiency, improvements and supporting environmental initiatives

  • Health, Safety & Environment: managing layouts and systems, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, evacuation drills, training, and supplier documentation

  • Capex & Asset Management: drafting/updating investment plans, feasibility analyses, and document management

  • Tenant Coordination: overseeing store setups and openings, contractual compliance checks, handover and return procedures

  • Cost Saving & Reporting: monitoring consumption, implementing efficiency programs, coordinating consultants, and preparing reports

YOUR PROFILE

  • Technically qualified with solid expertise in facility management

  • Experienced in health and safety field, risk management, maintenance

  • Advanced user of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach

  • Organizational and analytical skills

  • Strong written and communication skills in Italian and English

  • Based near Mantova Village
