ROS Retail Outlet Shopping managed the Designer Outlet Landquart from June 2012 until June 2015. Located at the exit of the A13 motorway linking Zurich with Italy, Landquart is the gateway to internationally famous Swiss destinations such as St. Moritz, Davos, Klosters, Laax and Bad Ragaz. Designer Outlet Landquart has over 90 stores on a gross lettable area of 21,000 sqm.

The entry to the north is immediately connected to the railway station and at the south entry you cross a branch of the Rhine river over a small wooden bridge. Over 1,200 parking spaces are available at the north and south of the centre. There are ample of outdoor and green spaces as well as arcades inviting you to shop and browse.

Over 5.3 million overnight stays per year are recorded in Graubünden, in addition to the increasing numbers of day trippers. Cooperations with the best known ski locations of Graubünden such as Davos, St. Moritz, Laax, Lenzerheide as well as Heidiland and the Swiss National Railway/Rhaetian Railway.
