ROS Retail Outlet Shopping managed the Fashion Outlet Parndorf from April 2014 till August 2016 and launched the new umbrella brand Fashion Outlet Parndorf for the merger of the former Villaggio Fashion Outlet Parndorf and the Galerien Parndorf. The management task was to build the approved phase of further 8,000 sqm and to merge both centres. Aiming to provide customers a common and diverse shopping experience. With the expansion of the "Fashion Outlet Parndorf " the centre would have a gross lettable area of approximately 27,500 sqm.

The Fashion Outlet Parndorf offers more than 100 national and international fashion, outdoor, sports and lifestyle brands in 78 outlet stores. The Fashion Outlet Parndorf is conveniently located directly at the A4 motorway between the two Danube capitals Vienna and Bratislava. 1360 free parking spaces are available for visitors. The brand offer includes Esprit, Brax, Cinque, Digel, Basler, Betty Barclay, Tamaris , Lloyd, Asics , Northland , Regatta, Kjus, Vossen, Moeve, Bassetti, WMF, Heindl, Hillinger Wines and McDonalds.
