Growing Poland’s premium outlets Designer Outlet Warszawa, Gdańsk and Sosnowiec are managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping, one of Europe’s leading outlet operators
PRÔM, the joint venture of Peakside Capital and ROS Retail Outlet Shopping decided to strengthen their positioning in the European outlet market and will appear in future under the uniform brand of ROS Retail Outlet Shopping. ROS Retail Outlet Shopping manages the Poland’s premium outlets Designer Outlet Warszawa, Gdansk, Sosnowiec and the new development Fashion Outlet Krakow.

Poland’s premium outlet centres
The premium outlet centres Designer Outlet Warszawa, Gdańsk and Sosnowiec offer more than 100 Polish and international fashion and designer brands, always with discounts up to 70%, in a unique architecture. The smart shopping destinations offer national and international designer and fashion brands like Armani, Calvin Klein, Guess, Levi’s, New Balance, Nike, Pandora, Tommy Hilfiger and much more.
Planned Centre Extensions are on track and will be promoted on the MAPIC 2019

Designer Outlet Warszawa will have an extension of 5,000 sqm and will become the largest premium outlet centre of Poland. More than 30 additional shops and restaurants as well as 400 new parking spaces promise a new dimension of shopping experience and amenity. The opening of the centre extension is planned in spring 2020. For the Designer Outlet Gdansk an extension of approx. 2,000 sqm with more than 10 additional shops is planned. New highlight will be a new food plaza in the heart of the centre. All centres and centre extensions will be promoted from 13th till 15th November at the MAPIC 2019, the leading international retail property fair in Cannes, France.
