Let’s meet Karolina Imiolska, Marketing Manager at Designer Outlet Kraków
With extentive experience in marketing and communicatiosn, Karolina Imiolska has recently taken on the role of Marketing Manager at Designer Outlet Kraków, bringing with her a depth of knowledge and passion for building successful relationships with brand partners and customers alike.
We caught up with Karolina to learn more about her professional journey and what excites her most about this new role she has taken on.
What are your key goals for the first few months after the grand opening?
First and foremost, I want to focus on strong marketing communications and provide hands-on support for all our tenants—because their success is our success. I am also excited to fully launch our VIP Club and loyalty programme.
Thanks to our strategic city location, I am eager to build strong connections with the local community and institutions. And let’s not forget Kraków’s vibrant tourism scene —our unique brand mix, F&B and leisure is perfectly set up to turn visits into lasting memories.
What has been your most memorable moment in your role so far?
It was most definitely my first site visit. Watching the centre come alive—literally hour by hour—was surreal. Now I just can’t wait to see it buzzing with people!
If you had to describe Designer Outlet Kraków in three words, how would you describe it?
Modern. Stylish. Unique.
From the architecture and design to its location and brand mix—those three words really capture what makes this place special.
What’s one thing you’re looking forward to doing once the centre opens—either as part of your role or just for fun?
I am excited to roll out some great projects like campaigns or events and loyalty initiatives with our brand partners—promoting this unique shopping experience that came to life here in Kraków.
And just for fun? A little shopping spree after work never hurt anyone!
What’s something surprising about you that your new team might not expect?
Honestly, after the whirlwind of getting everything ready, I feel like we already know each other pretty well. But, if I ever show up at the office at 7:00 a.m., that would definitely raise some eyebrows.
If you got a year off with full pay, how would you spend it?
I would travel the world – writing, tasting all the local food and just meeting people. Imagine it as something between an adventure and a soul-searching trip.
