At the beginning of March, during the presentation of the annual company results, FREY confirmed that ROS Retail Outlet Shopping is now fully integrated into the FREY Group. This step reinforces FREY’s positioning as leading European platform for open‑air and premium outlet shopping destinations. With over 40 destinations across Europe, the company combines investment discipline, development capability and operational excellence.

Over the past years FREY has transformed the retail landscape with its distinctive open-air shopping concept. While announcing the company’s latest results, which showed double-digit growth across all key performance indicators, FREY announced their full venture into the outlet sector.

Beyond the numbers, this success is the result of the passion, dedication and entrepreneurial spirit of the teams across Europe. By combining FREY’s expertise in retail parks with that acquired in premium outlet villages, the company continues to create inspiring shopping destinations and shape the future of open-air retail across Europe.

Destinations and Developments

One such destination is Malmö Designer Village, FREY’s newest developement. The outlet village, set to become Scandinavia’s largest premium outlet shopping village is already preparing for its topping out ceremony, just one year ahead of its anticipated opening in 2027.

But not just the outlet section is seeing growth and development. In Spain, FREY is bringing a new open-air destination to life: Promenade Lleida, located in Lleida, Spain is set to open in spring 2027. The site will feature a diverse mix of 120 stores, a supermarket, a cinema as well as over 2,000 parking spaces ensuring optimal accessibility.
