Following our new interview series with our Leasing team, this month we sit down with Pierre Albert Deledalle, Leasing Manager France & Belgium. Get to know him!

You are responsible for the leasing of the latest ROS asset Designer Outlet Luxembourg as well as further French project opportunities. What do you see as the main novelty that such a centre brings to the ROS portfolio?

The main opportunity is that we can now show the Benelux and French markets our know-how in these markets. Today, we have an outlet centre with a large portfolio which works very well and we have to communicate and promote our results

And the biggest challenge?

Our main challenges are to consolidate and develop our offer so that our consumers can find a wide and diversified offer when they visit Designer Outlet Luxembourg. That is why I am available for our partners to discuss this and the great opportunities in the ROS portfolio

If you could take over someone else's job for a day - which one would it be?

Perhaps a Formula 1 driver!! Just for the adrenaline and the competition spirit. Otherwise, my wife in order to know what it’s like to live with me 😂😂

When I am not working, you will find me…

With my children and my wife, with my family and friends to share pleasant moments over dinner or to do sports. I also often take care of my garden.
