CENTRE MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT (F/M/X)

Full-time • Polgar, Hungary

YOUR TASKS

  • You coordinate and implement local marketing activities (on- & offline) and maintain a balanced seasonal marketing calendar, all in alignment with ROS’ marketing standards.

  • You support the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives while ensuring brand consistency and collaboration with ROS HQ.

  • You develop and manage a tourism network, to drive footfall and raise brand awareness, collaborate with tourism associations and coordinate campaigns and visitor services with the ROS team.

  • You adapt corporate press releases for local use, develop press content and provide marketing input for ROS B2B channels.

  • You support leasing initiatives by preparing presentations, participating in trade fair activities, and coordinating centre-level projects with brand partners.

  • You bridge the gap between the centre, the ROS marketing team, and external agencies to ensure seamless execution of the marketing strategy.

  • You track and analyse key KPIs and provide regular reports and insights to help improve marketing performance.

  • You collect and track weekly performance figures and promotional offers from brand partners, ensuring timely reports and and accuracy to assist the Retail Manager.

  • You oversee general administrative tasks and support the other teams with project coordination and day-to-day operations.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a degree or qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field

  • You have experience in digital and offline marketing, ideally in retail or tourism, and a good understanding of campaign planning, business development and brand promotion.

  • You are confident in digital marketing tools and platforms, like CMS systems (Typo3 or similar), social media (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, TikTok) and have basic knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics.

  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and able to create professional presentations and marketing reports.

  • You are a native Hungarian speaker and fluent in written and spoken English; further language skills would be an advantage.

  • You have strong project coordination, multitasking and stakeholder communication skills, a service-oriented mindset and a hands-on, structured approach.
