Property Management Controller (F/M/X)

YOUR ROLE
Manage the finance and accounting activities for three centres (Algarve, Croatia & Luxembourg) in close collaboration with the Head of Finance, the Center Manager, the investor, and external tax advisors
Ensure efficient, compliant, and smooth finance and accounting processes, including invoice control, payment flows, and adherence to internal guidelines
Act as a key financial partner to the Center Management teams by providing proactive support, financial insights, KPIs, and decision‑relevant reporting
Prepare and manage financial reporting, including monthly and quarterly reports, budget monitoring, forecasts, and ad‑hoc analyses
Support annual service charge reconciliations and rental invoicing, including turnover rent calculations
Identify and drive opportunities to improve operational efficiency, optimize costs, and streamline financial processes
Support the administration and compliance with data protection requirements.
YOUR PROFILE
You have suitable education and experience in accounting, finance and controlling
You are experienced with accounting system software
You have good financial and logistical awareness
You are skilled in figures and data analysis
You have advanced MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint)
You are strong in organization and communication, analytical, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality
You are proactive and you have a high sense of responsibility
You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; further language skills would be an advantage
