Marketing Manager (F/M/X)

Full-time • Loulé, Portugal

YOUR ROLE

  • You develop and execute a marketing strategy in support of centre strategy to increase traffic and raise brand awareness within the catchment area and guide the development of plans and components (Digital, advertising, PR, CRM, Tourism, Research & Visual)

  • You devise and implement a Digital marketing strategy, in line with the ROS marketing standards, the centre brand identity and in cooperation with the ROS Digital Marketing Manager

  • You develop, together with the Centre and Retail Manager, the annual retail marketing calendar and plan innovative actions in offline, online and social media as well as promotions, events and PR

  • You collaborate within the centre management team with brand partners and further stakeholders

  • You lead agencies, suppliers and a marketing team including a Marketing Assistant

  • You develop marketing presentations, analyses and reports

  • You present the centre’s marketing strategy to investors and stakeholders    

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have successfully completed marketing studies or commercial training in advertising/media

  • You have several years of professional experience in retail marketing of fashion & lifestyle brands at companies, agencies or operators

  • You have a high affinity for retail of fashion & lifestyle brands

  • You have very good MS-Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook und PowerPoint)

  • You are strong in organisation and communication, creative, analytical, a team player and have a "hands-on" mentality

  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in Portuguese and English; further language skills would be an advantage
