ROS Retail Outlet Shopping ranked as 3th best European Outlet Operator

Ecostra’s annual Outlet Centre Performance Report 2021 has recently been published. This is the only Europe-wide survey of brands on the economic performance of their stores in the single outlet centres and is regarded to be the benchmark for the European outlet industry.

ROS Retail Outlet Shopping is very proud to be again chosen as the 3rd best European Outlet Operator coping with the covid-19 pandemic. For two consecutive years in 2021 and 2020, ROS maintains its position in third place for its successful management of the challenges faced during the pandemic situation in its portfolio of Designer Outlets.

In addition, ROS is very pleased to rank as the 4th best capable European Outlet Operator in regards to Leasing, Managing and Marketing, recording the highest improvement from all European operators from 2.56 in 2020 to 2.11 in 2021.

European centre ranking across the ROS portfolio:

#18 Designer Outlet Soltau joins the Top 20 of the best performing European outlet centres and is Europe’s best boutique outlet center with less than 10,000 sqm sales area and ranked as 5th best outlet centre in Germany.

#26 Premier Outlet Budapest made the highest improvement from an average grade of 2.63 in 2018 to 2.25 in 2021.

#37 Designer Outlet Warszawa is the most successful outlet centre in Poland

#48 Designer Outlet Gdansk is, additionally, the 4th best outlet centre in Poland.

#63 Designer Outlet Algarve ranked as the best outlet centre in Portugal too.

#67 M3 Outlet Polgar is also the 3rd best boutique outlet centre in Europe with less than 10,000 sqm sales area.

#78 Designer Outlet Sosnowiec is, additionally, the 9th best outlet centre in Poland.

Brugnato 5Terre Outlet Village, La Torre Outlet Zaragoza and Designer Outlet Croatia are unfortunately not included in the Ecostra Outlet Centre Performance Report Europe 2021 due to the requirements of a minimum of five brand partner replies and an operating period of two years.
