Zaragoza, 11 July 2023

La Torre Outlet Zaragoza surprises with new interactive openings in its food court: Yuanlaosi Hot Pot and Hedona Restaurant & Wine Club.

Over 300 people, including businesspeople, influencers, celebrities and representatives of the Chinese community of Aragon, attended the inauguration of a new gastronomic concept at La Torre Outlet Zaragoza last Wednesday 5 July, with two completely different atmospheres: Yuanlaosi Hot Pot and Hedona Restaurant & Wine Club.

The first of them presents a proposal of Asian food known as ‘hot pot’. Of Mongolian origin, a wide variety of ingredients are cooked in a pot with different types of broth. Yuanlaosi Hot Pot opened its first restaurant in Spain in 2001, specifically in Barcelona, and now it lands in La Torre Outlet Zaragoza, becoming the first and only one in Aragon. The restaurant welcomes guests in a traditional Chinese ambience mixed with contemporary elements, although the factor that makes Yuanlaosi Hot Pot stand out is the interactive experience it offers: customers can cook their own hot pot and taste it instantly.

The new Yuanlaosi Hot Pot restaurant at La Torre Outlet Zaragoza offers guests a unique experience.

The other new opening is Hedona Restaurant & Wine Club, a seafood brasserie with a wide range of wines. In a design space conceived as an art gallery, customers can enjoy top quality products, paired menus and the possibility to watch a showcooking show directly at the table. For those who prefer to have a bite while enjoying the good weather, Hedona also offers a variety of tapas to enjoy on its terrace.

In addition, both restaurants have a free children's area as well as more intimate private areas for reservations.

"We are very happy to add these two new restaurants to the F&B offer of La Torre Outlet Zaragoza. We are sure that both Hedona Restaurant & Wine Club and Yuanlaosi Hot Pot will not leave anyone indifferent," said Claudio Poltera, Centre Manager at La Torre Outlet Zaragoza, managed by ROS Retail Outlet Shopping.

During the inauguration, guests had the opportunity to enjoy a selection of products from both restaurants and a traditional Chinese dragon show by the Zaragoza Chinese School, a ritual that is said to bring prosperity and good luck.

The openings have been very well received as evidenced by the large number of people crowding to discover the new restaurants, resulting in a 12.17% traffic increase in the food court from opening day to Sunday 9 July, compared to the same period last year.

These two new additions join a broad F&B offer that already includes Spanish restaurants such as El Molino, 100 Montaditos or D'Jorge, Italian cuisine with La Tagliatella or Muerde la Pasta, Asian dining with Padthaiwok or Sushisom, and American food with Foster's Hollywood, McDonald’s or KFC. Meanwhile, in the outlet area, the latest brands to enter La Torre Outlet Zaragoza are Parfois and Salsa Jeans, joining such well-known names like Guess, Desigual, Pepe Jeans, Tommy Hilfiger, Mango as well as adidas, Puma, Skechers and many more.
